DRIFT.JOURNAL

Are we all just drifting aimlessly, or does the current have a destination in mind?

I’ve become intrigued with the variety of life styles that exist in the human experience. Everyone’s story is unique to them, but sometimes we forget this. The physical experience is uncomfortable which can push us into unconscious states. The practice required for a high vibration is never ending, but the process allows us to grow in ways we never imagined. The feelings which arise during the process are an indicator of our state of alignment, and we thrive when we flow gracefully with the process. The process is the point of it all...

Aligning actions with ones feelings can lead to a state of flow. I’ve noticed flow in my own life when I lean into the things which inspire me (plant based foods, photography, video, surf, travel, friends…). DRIFT.JOURNAL is really a selfish act to maintain my own state of flow, but through it I hope others recognize the flow which already exists in their own lives.
